A team of dedicated volunteers make up the Executive & Board of Directors.
As club President, Kevin tirelessly makes sure the traditions of our club remain intact and that there is the continued pursuit of the ethos and traditional values of the club. Kevin started playing in the English County Leagues. He then played his rugby with London Irish from 1990 to 1996 where he captained many sides during his tenure with the club
In 2004, Fraser joined Seattle RFC and played for several years. Vice President since 2015, Fraser brings his love and enthusiasm for the game and puts it back into the club. Growing rugby and building an even stronger club is what he is striving to do. A proud Sarrie, Fraser is excited to see where the Seattle Saracens and rugby can go in the future.
Treasurer & Finance Director
Catherine was introduced to rugby when she assumed the Executive Director position for club business partner, the British-American-Business Connections. Her tenure of leadership, management and communications/marketing experience across a variety of entities will be instrumental in supporting and enhancing regional awareness of the club and sport.

Men's General Manager
Eric represented Seattle, OPSB and the West Coast Grizzlies. He first became the Seattle Rugby Club Men's General Manager in 2005 and held an active role as the Seattle Club Men's Manager, OPSB Co-Manager until the end of the 2009-2010 season, He re-engaged as Men's General Manager for the now Seattle Saracens in 2014.
Women's General Manager
Marty first joined Seattle Rugby Club as a player in 2003 after graduating from Washington State University. In 2008 she began managing the Seattle Women whilst continuing to play. In addition to playing and managing rugby, she has also helped coach the Redmond Girls, Washington Loggers and Pac Coast U-23 Grizzlies.
A maritime lawyer, Shane started playing while at Tulane and first played for Seattle in 1979. While pursuing an advanced degree in London, Shane played for the Wasps, then returned home to play regularly until 1990. Active with the Northwest Old Boys RFC (an over 40 side), Shane is proud to be a member the Seattle Saracens board.
Andy played the game for over 20 years, starting in New Zealand with High School and then Club rugby before moving to the USA in 1997. In 2000 he joined the Seattle Rugby Club and played for them and OPSB until 2010.
Andy is excited to join the board and help them grow the game we all love so much here in the PNW and Nationally.
Dr. Lee Schuster DC ATC
Dr. Lee is a licensed Chiropractor and Athletic Trainer working at Elevate Chiropractic & Rehab in Seattle. A rugby player from 2009-2015, he fell in love with the sport and hopes to give back in any way he can. Now working on the sidelines, it is his mission to help keep the players on the field working at an optimal level as safely as possible.
Navy veteran and Seattle Saracens player. When Tim left the military, one of the biggest things he missed was the camaraderie and brotherhood. "Rugby has been the only place I have found that. I felt lost after leaving the service but now that I’m a player, helping behind the scenes for the Seattle Saracens, I’m right back being part of a team and family".
John started playing at Blackrock College in Dublin in the mid 70s and went on to play for Dublin University and Blackrock before switching sides and becoming a referee. He is a former head of Pacific Northwest Referees and is the current Chairman of Referees and Laws at USA Rugby. He is still an active player with the Northwest Old Boys RFC.
Community Liaison Director
Anessa graduated from University of Washington with a Poli Sci degree emphasizing on International Judicial Systems. She was fortunate enough to serve in the Navy and get involved with startups during the dot com era. Her 20+ yrs of startup and corporate experience has influenced her business acumen, desire and drive to always succeed in what she does.
